PEORIA, Ill. — One person was injured in a shooting late Thursday night in Peoria.
Police said it happened around 10:45 p.m. near the intersection of Trewyn and Montana.
Peoria Public Information Officer Amy Dotson said officers found a male victim with a gunshot wound to the leg.
The victim was taken to a local hospital in stable condition.
PPD has no suspects at this time.
The incident remains under investigation.
