PEORIA, Ill. — Arson has been determined to be the cause of a house fire at 2400 W Lincoln Sunday morning around 4:45 a.m.
Heavy smoke was seen by first arriving crews from the front door and out of a back window.
No occupants were found in the home after a search by Peoria Firefighter/Paramedics.
A fire investigator was called to the scene to determine the cause of the fire, where they said the fire was intentionally set in three separate locations of the house.
Crews remained on scene for over two hours, until 7:00 a.m.
There were no injuries reported due to the fire.
