PEORIA, Ill. — Peoria Police were called around 8:45 p.m. Sunday to the 200 block of N. MacArthur on reports of a pedestrian hit by a car.
Public Information Officer Amy Dotson said a man crossing the street was struck by a vehicle traveling south on MacArthur.
“The male was conscious and alert at the scene and was transported to the hospital for evaluation,” Dotson said.
The man’s injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.
