The victim, he said, owns the bar.

PEORIA, Ill. — A woman has been charged in a Wednesday morning shooting in western Peoria County.
Peoria County Sheriff’s Deputies responded at 8:44 to the Hogs & Dogs Saloon on reports of shots fired. The suspect was said to have fled on wheels.
The authorities found a 73-year-old man who’d been grazed in the stomach by a bullet. He refused to be taken to a hospital.
50-year-old Ronda Frye was found shortly thereafter in her vehicle in the 600 block of Kickapoo Ln.
She was charged with aggravated battery with a firearm, aggravated battery, and aggravated discharge of a firearm, and placed into Peoria County Jail.
