PEORIA, Ill. — The Peoria Police Department is seeking help from the public in locating 39-year-old Antwan T. Freeman.
Freeman is described as a black male and approximately 5’10” tall, 180lbs, bald, with brown eyes and has a beard.
He was last seen wearing a red shirt and black hat in the area of the 2600 block of West Lavalle Court, Peoria, Ill. on April 10, 2021.
