PEORIA COUNTY, Ill. — The Peoria County Sheriff’s Office responded to a multiple vehicle crash on Adams Street off Interstate 474 eastbound shortly after 6 a.m. Thursday.
The accident appeared to be a head-on collision with entrapment, but the occupants were able to get out of the vehicles, according to news partner 25 News.
Several people were transported to a local hospital. Their conditions were unknown.
