MORTON, Ill. — Morton School District 709 announced Friday their weekly COVID-19 numbers approached year-long lows.
As of Feb. 19, three students had coronavirus, a two student decrease from the previous week.
Student quarantines also decreased by 53 in the same time period.
One staff member had COVID-19, and one was isolating at home during the past week.
The number of staff members with coronavirus remained the same as the previous week, but staff quarantines decreased by four.
