PEORIA, Ill. — A man was shot Thursday night while walking in the area of McClure and University in Peoria.
“Just before 9:30, a male victim with a gunshot wound to the torso was dropped off by private vehicle at a local hospital,” said Peoria Public Information Officer Amy Dotson.
Dotson said the victim’s injuries were considered non-life-threatening.
Police have no suspect information at this time.
