PEORIA, Ill. — Peoria’s King Holiday Committee on Monday, Jan. 18 is holding their annual Martin Luther King Freedom March.
The march will begin at 1:30 p.m. at the Garrett Center, located at 824 N. Duryea, proceeding south to Moss Avenue, Western, Howett and Griswold.
The march will conclude in the parking lot of Peoria Manual Academy.
Peoria Police said drivers should expect some traffic delays in the area of the march until 3 p.m. Monday.
