PEORIA, Ill. — One person has died following injuries sustained from a Friday morning accident that occurred at 10:37 a.m.
Peoria Police and Fire responded to Reservoir and Rochelle regarding a rollover accident with ejection involving two vehicles.
One vehicle was reported to be on fire and a bystander was performing CPR on one of the victims, according to Public Information Officer Amy Dotson.
Peoria Firefighters extinguished the vehicle on fire and took over emergency life saving measures with AMT medics.
Three victims involved in the accident were transported to a local hospital.
One of the victims, 34-year-old female, was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The accident remains under investigation.
