Harwood has identified the person shot as 23-year-old Treek Booker-Lawson.
She sustained multiple gunshot wounds to her body, Harwood said.
The coroner was not releasing any details about the caliber of gun used or the range at which Lawson was shot.

PEORIA, Ill. — Peoria Police were on the scene Friday morning of a case they were treating as a homicide investigation.
Public Information Officer Amy Dotson said a call came in just after 7 from the 600 block of W. Corrington.
When officers got to the scene, they found a person dead inside of a car.
Peoria County Coroner Jamie Harwood said he was shortly thereafter summoned to the scene.
“Inside the car, copious amounts of blood were discovered, leading us to believe the injuries were perpetrated on the person,” he said.
Harwood said an autopsy was scheduled for later Friday.
