Peoria County Coroner Jamie Harwood has identified the woman as 34-year-old Pamela Krasner.
Harwood said she died instantly from blunt force trauma.
The circumstances of her fall remained under investigation by the PPD and Coroner’s Office.

PEORIA, Ill. — A woman is dead after a fall from a ninth story window Thursday morning at Sterling Towers.
Peoria Firefighter/Paramedics were dispatched around 10:45 to the building.
When they arrived, they found the woman lying in a decorative rock bed.
Crews did not attempt further resuscitative measures and handed the case to the Peoria Police Department.
The PPD said in a release the woman’s identity and cause of the fall will come from the Peoria County Coroner.
