***UPDATED***
Tazewell County Coroner Charles Hanley has identified the deceased woman as Hayven M. Porter of Peoria.
Hanley confirmed Porfter was the person for whom on Friday the Peoria Fire Department was searching.
“[Her body] had been submerged since Friday afternoon when she was observed jumping off the [Bob Michel] bridge, and when it was recovered Sunday morning at Peoria Lock and Dam,” he said.
Hanley ruled via autopsy her death was by drowning. There were no signs of assault.
Hanley said there was no way to tell immediately for sure whether it was a suicide or an accidental fall.
A toxicology test was pending.

CREVE COEUR, Ill. — The body of an 18-year-old woman was found Sunday morning in the Illinois River.
Tazewell County Coroner Charles Hanley said the woman’s remains were found at 8:16 in front of an anchored barge at Peoria Lock and Dam.
The Creve Coeur Police Department and Fondulac Park Police Department’s Marine Law Enforcement Unit were the responding entities on the call.
An autopsy was scheduled for Monday morning.
“We will use identification and I’ve also spoken with the family for any help with scars and tattoos to help with the identification,” Hanley said.
He said the autopsy, which will be conducted at the Peoria County Morgue, would also determine how long the woman had been in the water.
Hanley said the woman’s name wouldn’t be released until her family was notified.
No foul play was suspected, according to the coroner.
