Peoria County Coroner Jamie Harwood has identified the motorcyclist as 27-year-old Seth T. Guthrie of Peoria.
Harwood said Guthrie suffered multiple blunt force trauma injuries, and probably died instantly.
Harwood said toxicology test results were pending, but there’d be no autopsy.

PEORIA, Ill. — Peoria Police were called just after 9:30 p.m. Sunday to a two-vehicle accident involving a car and a motorcycle in the 3300 block of N. Sterling Avenue.
“Officers arrived on scene, they located the driver of the motorcycle down in the roadway. The male driver of the motorcycle was pronounced deceased at the scene,” Public Information Officer Amy Dotson said.
Dotson said the driver of the car was pulling out of a driveway onto the 3300 block of N. Sterling as the driver of the motorcycle was headed northbound on Sterling, when they collided.
Further information regarding the identity of the victim will be released by Peoria County Coroner Jamie Harwood.
The incident remains under investigation.
