Deciding what to eat for every meal can be overwhelming AND redundant. You do it every day, however, coming up with new ideas is difficult. Soooo why not let the kid decide! Now, you may want to give options to chose from so you’re not eating skittles and cake for dinner.
For instance, give them healthyish options. It can even be air popped popcorn and fruit. Something silly like that, that’s also not bad for them!
They’ll love it and feel super involved! AND they’ll actually eat their dinner/lunch/breakfast!
