CHICAGO, Ill. — The Illinois Department of Public Health reported Thursday 766 new cases of COVID-19.
The state has seen 130,603 confirmed cases since the pandemic began.
91 additional deaths were reported Thursday by the IDPH, bringing the total to 6,185 deaths.
One death is from Peoria County, a man in his 80s.
Laboratories across the state collected 22,325 specimens in the last 24 hours. 1,122,327 total specimens have been collected.
The seven day statewide positivity rate remains at 4%.
Illinois recovery rate is 92%.
