PEORIA, Ill. — Two shootings in Peoria in less than two hours.
Peoria Police responded around 3:15 a.m. Monday to a shooting in the 700 block of W. Nowland.
“A ShotSpotter alert was received indicating four rounds fired. Officers located a gunshot wound victim inside a home who’d been shot in the leg,” said Public Information Officer Amy Dotson.
It’s unclear if police made any arrests, or if the shooting is related to a shooting overnight at Harrison Homes.
