PEORIA, Ill. — Delta airlines made the decision to suspend all flights entering and leaving the Peoria International Airport.
This decision is directly related to the COVID-19 outbreak. Once the outbreak has passed and ticket sales increase, Delta will resume Peoria flights.
The last Delta flight left PIA Saturday night and landed in Atlanta, Georgia.
Director of Airports, Gene Olson, said no other airlines are suspending flights from the River City.
