PEKIN, Ill. – Pekin High School students received some good news regarding two big school events.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, classes were moved online in March and student events were cancelled.
Pekin Community High School announced Monday that prom and graduation have been rescheduled and will take place this summer.
According to the PCHS District 303 Facebook page, prom is scheduled for Friday, July 10th from 8pm-11pm.
Graduation has been re-scheduled for Friday, July 24 at 7pm.
The school stated July 25th will be used as a rain date, and information regarding tickets and cap and gown pickup will be released shortly.
