HY-VEE OFFERS FULL-SERVICE AT THE PUMP

WEST DES MOINES, Iowa — Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Hy-Vee announced Tuesday that the grocery chain will begin offering free full-service fueling at all of its 186 convenience stores and Fast & Fresh locations until further notice.
Full-service will be available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., seven days a week.
Customers wanting to use the full-service option will be able to select the “Fuel Help” button, or call a designated number displayed at the pump.
Hy-Vee employees, wearing gloves, will meet customers at their vehicles to help them. Gas can be paid for with cash or credit cards without customers having to leave their vehicle.
Food and items from the convenience store can also be ordered and delivered to customers using the service.
