Virtual Poster Contest Checklist:
Poster must be handmade (not computer generated) on 8 by 11 paper.
Poster must illustrate the information found on Stop the spread flyer
All information and spelling on each poster are correct and no copyright infringement.
Entries submitted via:
o Email 1-3 pictures of your poster and entry form to swallace@tchd.net
o Fax 1-3 pictures of your poster and entry form to 925-4381
Entries are emailed or faxed on or before April 15th.
Virtual Poster Contest Awards:
Posters entries will be separated into the following grade levels: K-2nd grade, 3rd-5th grade, 6th-8th
grade, and 9th-12th grade. There will be a 1st place and honorable mention winning posters from each
grade level.

In order to increase awareness of how to prevent the spread of COVID-19, Tazewell County
Emergency Management Agency and Tazewell County Health Department are calling on Tazewell
County school age children to create a poster that illustrates our message of STOP the SPREAD.
Children must live in Tazewell County and make a handmade, not computer generated, poster on 8
by 11 paper. An entry form MUST be completed for each child. Each poster must include one of
the messages from the STOP the SPREAD flyer. Entry form and flyer may be found at:
