News partner 25-News Chief Meteorologist Chuck Collins said, expect temperatures at or below the freezing mark and it could mean an end to the growing season, unless you bring sensitive vegetation indoors.
“We’re not that far off the mark for the first freeze of the season, which on average occurs on October 19th,” he said.
The Freeze Watch will include the following counties; Peoria, Stark, Marshall, Fulton and Knox.
