News Partner WEEK 25 News has reported that Peoria City Councilman Zach Oyler has pleaded not guilty on Wednesday morning in court.
Oyler was arrested on July 30th on charges of aggravated domestic battery, interfering with a report of domestic violence and unlawful restraint.
News Partner WEEK 25 News also reports that Oyler will be in court again on October 13th for a status hearing before his trial begins on January 13th.
